Adults: remove cap from tube and break seal by puncturing with the opposite end of the cap. Screw the open end of the applicator onto the tube and pull the end of the applicator gently until it comes to a natural halt (approximately 4cm from the end of barrel). Fill the empty part of the barrel with approximately 4cm of gel. While sitting, standing or lying on your back with knees bent, gently insert open end of applicator into the vagina as deeply as it will go comfortably. Hold the applicator in place with thumb and middle finger and press the plunger until it stops. Withdraw the applicator. After use, pull the plunger all the way out of the barrel. Wash both parts of the applicator in warm soapy water. Rinse through thoroughly and dry. To reassemble, gently push the plunger back into the barrel as far as it will go.

Bend the thin pointed end of the applicator back and forth repeatedly. Snap off the thin pointed end of the applicator and discard the break-away tip. The applicator may be inserted into the vagina while in a sitting position or when lying on the back with knees bent. Gently insert the thin end well into the vagina as deeply as it will go comfortably. Squeeze the thick end of the applicator firmly to deposit gel.
