For the treatment of fever, including post immunisation, as well as symptoms of colds and flu and mild to moderate pain, such as a sore throat, teething pain, toothache, headache, minor aches and sprains. Available in Orange and Strawberry flavours.

For pain, fever, colds and flu: the daily dose is 20-30mg/kg bodyweight in divided doses. This can be achieved as follows: Infants 3-6 months weighing more than 5kg: 2.5m

This can be achieved as follows: Infants 3-6 months weighing more than 5kg: 2.5ml 3 times in 24 hours. 6-12 months: 2.5ml 3-4 times in 24 hours. 1-3 years: 5ml 3 times in 24 hours. 4-6 years: 7.5ml 3 times in 24 hours. 7-9 years: 10ml 3 times in 24 hours. Doses should be given approximately every 6 to 8 hours (minimum of 4 hours between each dose) if required. For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis the usual daily dosage is 30-40mg/kg/day in 3-4 divided doses. For post immunisation fever: one 2.5ml dose followed by a further 2.5ml dose 6 hours later if necessary. No more than two 2.5ml doses in 24 hours. For short-term use only. Infants aged 3-6 months: seek medical advice if symptoms worsen, or not later than 24 hours if symptoms persist. Children 6 months and over: if required for more than 3 days or symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted. Under 3 months or weighing less than 15kg: not suitable unless advised by a doctor.
